This screen is used to process payments for student-paid background screening. Make sure you have completed and submitted the 3 forms listed below along with your payment.
Release Authorization Form
If your school does not have your signed release authorization form on file, you can print one to fill out. For both Student-Paid and School-Paid background screening, ADS must have a Release Authorization Form completed by the subject of the background check in our files. Click on the link below to download the form. Complete the form, then fax or mail it to ADS to get the process started. Adobe Reader Software
You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view and print the ADS forms. Most computers these days already have the reader installed. If yours doesn't, a link to download the free reader software is included below. Click the icon below to download the free Adobe Reader software

Process Payment

This is where students can make online payments using a major credit card, eCheck or Paypal account as well as download the release forms that are required for ADS to proceed with the background check.
